These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lyra AI and associated podcast hosting services provided by Lyra AI Technologies Inc. ("Lyra", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing https://lyra.host, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Commercial Licensing & Ownership

Users on paid plans (Creator and Studio Pro) receive 100% full commercial rights to all generated voiceovers, synthetic speeches, and podcast audio files created on the platform. You retain full intellectual property ownership of your submitted text and resulting audio media.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Lyra AI speech synthesizer to generate:

Defamatory, fraudulent, or impersonating audio designed to deceive third parties without consent.
Harassing, threatening, or unlawful content violating international communications regulations.
Unsolicited spam audio broadcasts or automated phishing voice campaigns.

4. Service Level & Cloud Availability

Lyra AI strives to maintain a 99.99% uptime availability for audio streaming and API synthesis endpoints powered by AWS CloudFront and Amazon Polly multi-AZ infrastructure.
